My name is Hamilton Thorp and as a young boy growing up in a small town in outback Australia I had a dream of playing professional football in England, so at the age of 16 I packed my bags and embarked on an amazing journey. After 13 years as a professional footballer playing in countries such as, England for Portsmouth f.c, Sweden, Norway, Singapore and Australia I decided to follow my passion and become a personal trainer. Having worked with some of the countries best Strength and conditioning coaches Â I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience, later translating that into my personal training ethos.
