I design personal training programs specifically for your training goals, whether that is for fat loss or strength and conditioning. With 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and continuing education, I will give you the tools and knowledge you need for a successful fitness journey.

A classic gym session takes place in a private studio
at Torstraße 40, 10119 Berlin.

I offer outdoor training, primarily in Volkspark Friedrichshain.

MY STORY

My name is Hamilton Thorp and I’m an English speaking Personal Trainer. As a young boy growing up in a small town in outback Australia I had a dream of playing professional football in England, so at the age of 16 I packed my bags and embarked on an amazing journey. After 13 years as a professional footballer playing in countries such as England for Portsmouth f.c, Sweden, Norway, Singapore, and Australia I decided to pursue a career as a Personal Trainer. I got my Personal Training license in Sydney in 2008. Since then, I have worked as a Personal Trainer in London, Sydney, Stockholm, and Berlin. Having worked with some of the top strength and conditioning coaches, I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience, later translating that into my Personal Training ethos. Every year, I further my education through courses and seminars, so I can continuously provide the best training standards to my clients. Let me inspire you to fulfill your training aspirations from someone who really knows what it takes to achieve success.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Functional training program for forming a strong body base, consisting of body weight , mobility and stability exercises to develop upper and lower body strength and increased range of movement. Progressing into the next stage of training involving free weights, olympic lifting, interval sprinting, plyometrics and unilateral strength development. The key to any good S&C program is to get you stronger, leaner and moving better. My training will give you the skill set to reach your goals and provide you with the training tools to continue your fitness journey for years to come, and no ladies this type of training won’t give you huge muscles but  will have you looking fitter and more fabulous than ever.
